Returns Policy

 
If, for any reason the item does not meet with your requirements you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging including any free promotion items within 7 days under the Seven-Day-Distant-Selling-Rule, for a refund of the item excluding postage.  After this time it is up to our discretion, so please call us before returning an item which is out of the Seven Day Policy.
 
Please note that for reasons of hygiene we do not accept the return of earrings for pierced ears under any circumstances unless faulty.

If an item appears to be faulty once it has been adjusted, shortened personalised etc, we are unfortunately unable to take it back as a return due to it having been dealt with by an outside party which may have contributed to causing the fault.  In such instances, please return the item to the manufacturer under the manufacturer warranty to the service centre specified for them to deal with it professionally. If you need a copy of the warranty please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to assist you.

Where the item does not have a manufacturers warranty and has been altered, shortened, adjusted etc, please contact us and we will be glad to look at the item for you, it will be at our discretion to decide how to proceed and resolve this matter.  We will of course contact you once a decision has been made.
 
Unless the item is faulty/not the item that you ordered, we are unable to refund the postage costs.
 
If the item you purchased is faulty please contact us on the number below before returning the item to allow us to log the necessary details to deal with your return when it arrives back in the most efficient manner.
 
All returns must to be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery with full value insurance for the item to be signed for by ourselves.

Shipping Policy

We endeavour to ship all orders the same day, if not certainly the next however please bear in mind that we are not Royal Mail and do no personally deliver the parcels so please allow 3-5 working days for delivery before contacting us.  We also offer a service called Expedited whereby the customer pays £5.95. This means that your order is prioritised over all others and is processed and shipped same day (except when orders are placed after closing time, weekends/holiday, or when item is on a delivery delay). This also means that when stock levels are low and several orders have been placed for the same item, Expedited orders are processed and shipped first.  Should you require an urgent delivery for a dead-line please contact us before placing your order so that we can assist you in the best possible way to avoid disappointment.
